Turning:
Each and every copper plated cylinder is given a final turning, with the help of a diamond tool on our very high precision lathe machine to give exactly the same O.D. through out the cylinder. Our lathe machine gives a maximum of 5-6 micron variation from one corner to the other corner of the cylinder.
